Urine analysis

Do you think you might have a bladder infection? If so, you can hand in a sample of your first morning urine at reception. You can do this on weekdays between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. You do not need to make an appointment.

Submitting a urine sample

Collect your first morning urine in a clean, dry container. Please bring the urine to the surgery within 2 hours of collection. If you are unable to bring the urine within 2 hours, please store it temporarily in the fridge.

Fill in the form

In order to assess your urine properly and, if necessary, prescribe the correct medication, we need further information about your symptoms. Please therefore always complete the relevant form. You can collect this form from the reception desk.

Results

You will always receive feedback on the results. We do this digitally via the HealthApp or by telephone.
