Urine test in cases of suspected cystitis

Do you think you might have a urinary tract infection? If so, you can have your first morning urine sample tested here. You do not need to make an appointment. On this page, you can find out how to submit a urine sample, what details we need from you, and how you will receive the results.

Submitting a urine sample

You can hand in your first morning urine sample at the reception desk on weekdays between 08.00 and 11.00. Please note the following:

  • Collect the urine in a clean, dry container.
  • Please submit the urine sample, preferably within 2 hours of collection.
  • If you are unable to bring the urine sample within 2 hours, please store it in the fridge for the time being.

Fill in the enquiry form

In order to assess your urine properly and – if necessary – prescribe the correct medication, we need further information about your symptoms. Please therefore always complete the relevant form. You can collect this form from the reception desk when you come to hand in your urine sample.

Results

You will always receive feedback on the results. We do this digitally via the HealthApp or by telephone.
