COPD and asthma control
COPD patients and asthma patients who regularly use inhalation medication receive a call for a check-up by our practice nurse every year. During this 45-minute check-up, the registrar discusses your symptoms with you. Your lung function is also checked.

Do you want this Questionnaire completed with you to the appointment? It is important that you do not take inhalation medication on the day of the COPD or asthma check-up. Please also bring all your medication and antiemetic chambers with you to this check-up.

Are you using inhalation medication but have not received a call? If so, we kindly ask you to contact the practice yourself for an appointment with our practice nurse.

Preventive examination for COPD
Are you 40 years or older, do you smoke or have you done so and do you suffer from coughing and shortness of breath? Then it is wise to check the COPD risk test fill in. If you discover in time that you have COPD, there are still many health gains to be made. You can also use the test to find out if you are at high risk of developing the disease.
