Making an appointment

All consultations - including with the doctor's assistant - take place by appointment. An appointment lasts 15 minutes. In this time, you can discuss one extensive complaint or two smaller complaints. Do you need more time? Then the doctor may ask you to make a new appointment.

In case of emergency, dial 1 in the telephone menu.

Make an appointment by phone

You can make an appointment Monday to Friday at 020 - 645 38 99. We can be reached from 08:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:30. The assistant will ask about the reason for your contact. This allows her to make a good assessment of how much time is needed and who can help you best. She is trained for this and always treats your data confidentially.

Cancelling your appointment

Unfortunately, it regularly happens that patients do not show up for their appointments. This wastes unnecessary time, even though the GP, practice manager or doctor's assistant had counted on your coming. Are you unable to come? Please call us at least 24 hours in advance and choose cancel appointment in the menu. This way we can help someone else in your place. Appointments with the practice nurse often take 30 to 45 minutes and there are long waiting lists. Therefore, you should cancel these appointments at least 2 working days in advance.

If you do not cancel on time, we will charge you for the cost of the missed appointment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurer.

  • €30 for a double appointment with the GP or for appointments with the POH-Somatic or POH-GGZ
  • €15 for a single appointment with the GP or doctor's assistant
