You can request your examination result by phone at 020 – 645 38 99. Please note that it is usually three to four working days it takes before results are known to us. Unless otherwise agreed with you, we ask you to call for the results yourself after this period.
For medical assistance outside our opening hours, please contact the Huisartsenpost Amstelland. The GP surgery is for emergencies that cannot wait until the next working day.

Always call before going to the GP surgery.
Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. In this time, we can discuss 1 extensive or 2 minor complaints. If you need more time, the doctor may ask you to make another appointment.
Your GP may also visit you at home. For example, because you have difficulty walking, are (temporarily) disabled or too ill to come to the practice. You should preferably apply for a home visit before 11am. The GP then generally comes between 13.00 and 15.00 hour with you.
Unfortunately, it regularly happens that patients make an appointment and then fail to show up. This wastes unnecessary time, even though the GP, practice assistant or doctor's assistant has been counting on your coming.
Unforeseen crisis situations can always arise. In such cases, we naturally understand - please contact us as soon as possible.
The practice accepts new patients who live in the area. You can register with us if you do not yet have a GP in Amstelveen and live in postcode areas 1184, 1186, 1188, 1189 or 1185 (postcode letters A to C). Do you already have a GP in Amstelveen, do you live in one of these postcode areas and do you want to switch? If so, we will be happy to schedule an introductory meeting first.
Are you travelling abroad and taking medicines with you? For some medicines, you need a medicine declaration. You need a medicine declaration for medicines that fall under the Opium Act, such as sleeping aids, strong painkillers and ADHD medication. There are 3 types of declarations:
Which certificate you need depends on your medicine, the country you are travelling to and how long your trip will last. By using the tool Taking medicines on travel help of the CAK, you will receive customised advice and the correct medicine declaration. We charge patients for the time we spend on preparing a medication statement.
If you are dissatisfied, we appreciate you discussing this with us. If you are dissatisfied with any of our practice staff, please report it to us. If we are aware of your dissatisfaction, we can try to resolve it for you. Your complaint will be investigated and possibly discussed with you so that we can learn from it.
